For those of you who have never had or seen hair extensions, I will explain
A number of factors have to be established before we can give you an idea of the price for hair extensions, so the first step is:
The Consultation.
This takes between 20 and 40 minutes, depending on how much you already
know, how many questions you have and whether we've remembered to turn on
the gun (for the bonding material)! This is where you get as much
information as you can handle; it will be the most expensive restyle
you’ve ever had (unless you normally go to London), so make sure you’re
totally aware of what is going to happen.

Then, we will put 2 or 3 extensions in as a trial, so you can see how they
feel before you decide. This is a very good idea because you get
to feel them and see how to handle them. The cost of the consultation is £15 and this is deducted from the total price if you have your extensions done.
Next, we tell you the price (while you are sitting down) and the amount of
deposit you would have to leave before we could order the hair. We
recommend you then go home and have a think about it. Everyone is so
excited by this stage that they will usually want it done NOW! But it is a
large expense and once the hair is ordered there are no refunds (as stated
in the contract).

The contract you will be given, is a single sheet of paper (so don't
panic).......It is basically used to complete all the details you have
given us of your previous hair treatments or conditions and your new
requirements. We each keep a copy so we both know what was discussed and
agreed during the consultation and there is no need to sign it until you
decide to go ahead and order the hair. We want you to be completely
satisfied with all the information you have received before you reach this
stage.
